We are committed to a better world, not to one way of getting there.

  • We develop ideas that change worlds and beliefs.
  • We research and seek to understand what really matters.
  • We set protocol agendas and push governance initiatives.
  • We design ambitious experiments and scalable software.
  • We invest in and care for organizations we believe in.
  • We advise and consult with values-aligned projects.

Our aim is to create alignment between technology, values, and culture. Walk with us.

Governance & Stewardship

We bring a careful research-driven, and purposeful approach to governance of protocols and institutions. As an independent, values-drien organizatio… we aim to distribute cryptoeconomic value widely, advance the adoption of democratic and community-led governance designs, and increase the positive externalities of protocols inside and outside the crypto space. Currently, we bring this perspective to our work in Gitcoin and Uniswap governance.
